I tried this for supper yesterday, and adored it! I will definitely be making this again, as it's filling, cheap and cooks up in one dish in about 35 minutes. It's a cinch to cross off another goal from my list of 101 Goals in 1,001 Days This is recipe 2/5 that I want to learn and use regularly.
